A minor metal producing company is being pressed from both customers and their competitors. Interfocus made a strategy plan, which resulted in forming a Joint Venture in Lithuania. We provided the company grants from NOPEF that enabled the company to make a through pre-study investigation. During the transition phase we provided financial support for financing a training course for workers from Lithuania.
