Supplier to the wind power industry's exports to the Indian wind turbine manufacturer. To increase sales to the Indian wind turbine manufacturer the company decides to establish a subsidiary in India. The company decides to do a feasibility study which includes the following elements:

How many resources will the company invest in the market?

What is the optimal geographical location?
Interfocus prepared NOPEF-application and the company got a grant of 30,000 Euro.
In connection with the feasibility study Interfocus acted as project coordinator. The following tasks were implemented by Interfocus:

Defining the tasks of the feasibility study

Preparation of time schedule

Participation in travel to India - an assessment of potential partners

Decision report to the board of directors

Advising concerning the geographical location of business and establishment type

Application / Reporting to NOPEF
After the feasibility study was finished the company established a sales / service subsidiary in India.
